Venice pictures, first batch!

Hi everyone. As promised I want to show you some pictures of my trip to Venice. I will post them in batches, because I have quite alot! I hope you like them. 
My mum and I arrived in the early evening at our hotel, which was in front of the Canal Grande! Gondolas were right there, it was a magical sight. We ate some wonderful spaghetti and walked around to explore the surroundings near our hotel. It was fascinating to see the Canal with all the boats and the lights!



The next day we took the waterbus to see the St. Marco square! I did not let us down at all. In the bus we saw many beautiful buildings and the square was impressive with the basilisk and the palace, amazing!








Next time, more pictures of St. Marco square and also of the Bridges of Sighs!

    Kristen: I only went to see Venice, not any other place in Italy unfortunately! But Venice was amazing! I hope I have the chance to see more of Italy though :)
